In the game, you will encounter them a total of 5 times: 2 grey, 2 red and 1 gold. In details, 2 grey encountered in Elun and Ghavoran, 2 red in Frozen Artaria and Hanubia for Power Bomb, gold warrior aka Elite Chozo Warrior.
To kill these bosses optimally, It is advised that you take advantage of one of samus' most powerful weapons: The Storm Missiles. However, you may not have Storm Missiles for every warrior encounter. Depending on which category you are running, you may or may not have storm missiles
Same method as Elun.
As you spin boost up the room, freeze the top mushroom, stand on the ledge and start your speedboost. Charge the shinespark, fall into the boss room. Spark toward the initial point of where the chozo warrior is hanging on the wall. This will let the chozo fall off the wall and enter phase 2 immediately.
Start your speedboost as you climb up from the tunnel exit. Break the plasma beam covered door and start charging your beam shot to break the blob. Jump down and morph as morph ball has a greater falling speed than neutral state. When you enter the boss room, you're forced to unmorph.
As you skipped the cutscene, the chozo will immediately start a spear attack toward you.
