.Quite sturdy even on a regular model Switch. It doesn't have the normal wobbling that joycons do and I personally can play in any position with these things.
The most comfortable I've felt playing Switch on handheld, it's quite ergonomic for the hands and is suitable to speedrun with unlike standard joycons.
Literally zero additional features. No gyro, NFC, Rumble, they're not even wireless and are a portable-only solution.
