Getting off the shuttle here, race to the right while charging up your Speed Booster. In the next tunnel, store a Shinespark and detonate a Power Bomb to blow up this damaged glass tunnel. Once it has been destroyed, use a vertical Shinespark to reach the upper areas. Head to the right through the Wave Beam Cover and Screw Attack the Shakernaut in the next room. After this, use the Grapple Beam to destroy a Grapple Block to the right and morph into the small tunnel to get to the other side. In here, unmorph and fire Missiles into the other part of the tunnel, then roll inside to claim the final Missile Tank (275/275) of the game, which now brings you to the full 100% of items to collect. Now climb one level up and go through the Wave Beam door to reach the last mini-boss fight.
This final Chozo Soldier is the strongest of the ones that you've faced so far, but fortunately has most of the same attacks. This one has a shield that you can Melee Counter and grapple away, but it is sometimes faster to just use Flash Shifts to stay overhead while locking on with Storm Missiles to hit him while the shield is down. Eventually, the Elite Chozo Soldier will enter an X-Parasite phase like all the others, and it possesses the same repertoire of attacks. Handle this one like all the others, avoiding the black goo spray like the plague. It ends with another two-part Melee Counter phase, so hit both of the QTE counters and you'll win.
Once you have destroyed the Elite Chozo Soldier, head through the next door and you'll reach the shuttlepod room that leads to Itorash, the final area of the game and your confrontation with Raven Beak.
This final area is exceptionally short and fortunately has no items to hunt down as you already have 100%. Run to the left, Space Jump up to the upper area and run to the right to reach a Wave Beam Cover. In here is the final Save Station of the game, and if you wish to use this file for anything else, this is your point of no return. Save here if you wish, then continue on into the next room where you need to detonate a Power Bomb to blow up the large central structure in the area to proceed. Once it has been eliminated, Space Jump up the right-hand side of the room and you'll reach the elevator that leads directly to Raven Beak's command chamber. Ride the lift up, skip the next (very long) cutscene, and let the final battle commence.
Raven Beak has three distinct phases that you must get through. His first and third are mostly the same, with the second one being an aerial phase. Follow this strategy for the fastest way to roast Raven Beak like a turkey for Thanksgiving while getting a consistently quick fight.
In the first phase, Raven Beak has a number of potent attacks to watch out for, because make no mistake, he hits very hard. His first and most often-used attack is to generate a black hole that floats towards Samus; it can be destroyed with 4 Ice Missiles. His second attack comes in two flavors - either a wave of plasma radiating up that gives two triangular safe zones hear him (stay close and then Flash Shift away when the energy wave starts to recede), or a variation that fills most of the horizontal space on the screen and must be ducked under. This second variation also gives a Melee Counter opportunity. His last attack in this phase also comes in two types, either a lunging attack with a Melee Counter opportunity or a larger one that is unblockable like the red electric dash of the Chozo Robots. When the fight starts, your goal is to move him to phase 2 as quickly as you can by inflicting 2,000 HP of damage while he is vulnerable. He has a shield that stops your attacks from penetrating, but once you damage his shield enough, it turns gold and he will be invulnerable to everything except the Melee Counter opportunities. You want to prevent him from turning gold by manipulating the damage you inflict on his shield, so start off by firing nine Ice Missiles at him to cause 4,050 damage to the shield. The shield has 4,500 HP before triggering his gold phase, so the nine Ice Missiles keeps you under the damage threshold. After your ninth Ice Missile, switch to maintaining a lock of Storm Missiles on Raven Beak, but do not fire them or else you'll push him to gold phase. If he fires a Black Hole during this time, just tank the damage so you don't have to release your Storm Missile lock. Dodge all of his other attacks and wait out a Melee Counter opportunity and keep a full lock on him whenever possible; sometimes Raven Beak can move quickly enough to break the lock, so just reacquire it quickly. When he finally does his dash attack that you can counter, keep your lock on him and press X to Melee Counter, then immediately release your barrage of Storm Missiles and switch to spamming the Wave Beam. Fire as many as you can until the QTE ends, and then fire a single Ice Missile at Raven Beak as soon as the counter QTE ends. T is will force the cinematic Melee Counter opportunity, so parry him and again spam the Wave Beam. If you do this correctly, you'll transition to phase 2 as soon as this counter ends.
For Phase 2, Raven Beak takes to the air and changes his attack pattern. His attacks here consist of a swooping attack that you can slide under, a iving attack where he lands in the center of the screen, a massive laser ttack that he telegraphs by aiming his Arm Cannon at you for a bit and charging, and finally a bullet spray attack where he sights you with a red laser. You can slide or Flash Shift away from the first two attacks and use Flash Shift to get behind him as the laser fires to dodge the big laser. For the bullet spray, let the red laser sight you, then slide away from him hile executing a Dash Melee (also away from him) and immediately turn and ress L. This puts Samus in somewhat of a crouching animation that lets you reely fire on Raven Beak while his bullets safely impact your previous tanding position. In this phase, Raven Beak takes 33% less damage from the Wave Beam compared to Phase 1, so you should only use Ice Missiles here. He as a total of about 20,000 HP in this pphase, which at 400 HP per Ice Missile works out to about 50 Ice Missiles that you need to hit him with. You can also use Cross Bombs during this phase as they will also deal 400 HP per hit, but the timing is very tight with them. Opportunities to use them are while he's firing his large laser beam or right as he starts to power up his bullet spray attack. Go under him, jump, morph, press R and Y, and unmorph before getting away to do this successfully. For phase 2, because there are no Melee Counter opportunities or chances to heal, it is vital to know how to dodge and respond to all of his attacks to maximize the chance you have to output damage. Once you've surpassed his HP barrier, the fight moves to the third and final phase.
In Phase 3, Raven Beak will tear off his remaining wing and engage you on the ground again. He brings back most of his attacks from Phase 1, but adds a two-part Shinespark move that you have to Flash Shift over. He can also charge up his Arm Cannon and fire at you, but you can bait him into firing it at a point where you won't be, and his last new attack is to generate a large orange Sun Orb that moves to the top of the room and radiates many energy waves. In this phase, you can fire at the Black Hole instead of just tanking the damage, and for the orange sun you should set a Power Bomb to destroy it and also cause damage to Raven Beak. Raven Beak also takes even less damage from the Wave Beam in this phase, which means Ice Missiles and Cross Bombs are again your best opportunity for damage. He has 24,000 HP total, which means about 60 Ice Missiles are needed to defeat him. The best chance to use Cross Bombs are when he does the large plasma wave that gives the triangular safe zone, or get behind him when he charges up and fires his Arm Cannon. Melee Counter his lunge attack if he uses it near the start of the phase and pound him with Ice Missiles, but if he uses the lunge after you've inflicted enough damage (try to mentally count how many Ice Missiles and Cross Bombs you've used to better estimate how long the phase will last), just Melee Counter the initial attack and then jump away to break the QTE. The reason for this is if you're at the end of the fight and you deplete his HP during the counter, the entire cutscene will just continue to play out, causing you to waste time firing attacks at an enemy that is technically already at 0HP. Once you've depleted his health, you'll enter a two-part QTE Melee Counter like with all of the Chozo you've faced so far. Win this counter opportunity to end the fight.
After striking the final blow, you can skip the cutscene where Samus obtains the Metroid Suit and siphons away Raven Beak's life. The next cutscene after Itorash crashes into Hanubia where Raven Beak gets infected by the same X that absorbed Kraid's DNA is also skippable.
Raven Beak-X is more of a cinematic encounter than anything, but it can be failed and cause a game over if your timing is off. You may think it is best to lock on and start firing the Hyper Beam as soon as possible, but there is a slightly faster way to get through this encounter. At the very
start, count three seconds and then start charging up. A good signal to look for is Raven Beak-X starting to do his second lunge. The reason to do it this way is that it cuts down on the amount of time Raven Beak-X pushes forward slowly against your Hyper Beam onslaught, since this fight is more about time than how much damage you inflict. Raven Beak-X will always die at the same spot regardless of when you start firing, so waiting out until his second audible growl can save about eight seconds over firing as soon as you gain control of Samus here.
Once Raven Beak-X has been blown to bits and Samus eradicates the X-Parasite that was inside, the countdown will start and you will have three minutes to escape. Start by running to the right and Space Jump up to reach a path going up through the ceiling. Head to the left, mowing everything down with the continuous fire rate of your new Hyper Beam. Shoot down through the floor in this room, then go left into the next area. Space Jump up and Screw Attack through the ceiling, then head left and blast through the ceiling here to keep going up. Go right, then up through the next ceiling and to the right into the next room. Here, Screw Attack the large swarm and get to the top platform and run to the right. Space Jump up, head left past the Takumaku, then loop around up to the Dredhead, and keep going up to the left into the E.M.M.I. Zone portal. Space Jump to the upper left, taking the Morph Ball tunnel through the wall, then fall and Space Jump up through the passage in the ceiling and roll to the left into the next room. Here shoot downward and blast all of the blocks out of your way, then make a U shape as you curve around to the E.M.M.I. Zone exit on the left side. In the next room, keep shooting down through the floors to reach the bottom and take the E.M.M.I. Zone door at the bottom right. Run and drop down, heading left through the large hole in the wall, then shoot down through the floors as you wind your way through this room. Drop down, head left, then down, then right, drop down again and keep going to the right before reaching another drop to land on a slope. Bounce off of this slope here to Screw Attack through the left-hand wall (you'll waste time if you fall into the area below), then keep running to the left. Kill the Muzby, head up through the ceiling, then head across left, down, and left again to reach a path to the next room. Start charging the Speed Booster here as you're near the entrance to Hanubia. When you're at full speed, store your Shinespark, get to the center of the room and morph so you can Ballspark vertically (Ballsparking eliminates a flashy animation). Get all the way to the top, go left through the Screw Attack blocks and use the Hyper Beam to melt the left-hand wall. Speed Boost through here to the left hand wall, then wall jump twice to get the top ledge and continue your Boosting speed, then run right and wall jump while Space Jumping to navigate the walls going up. If you time your jumps just right, you can maintain your Speed Booster velocity throughout the entirety of this room. Once at the top, land and continue boosting to the left to reach the path to your Ship. A good escape sequence time to aim for is 1:30 or more remaining; maintaining all of the Speed Boosts as described here should have no problem getting 1:40 or so remaining.
Once you reach the ship, the timer officially stops and you can watch the ending where Samus cannot activate her ship due to her Metroid DNA. Quiet Robe-X appears like he was just chilling in the ship waiting for you, and the X-Parasite that reanimated him sacrifices itself to give you a much-needed donation of Thoha DNA to rein in your out-of-control Metroid DNA. With your Gravity Suit appearance restored, you pilot your ship off this useless lump of rock just before it is obliterated, saving the day and adding another mark to Samus Aran's "Destroyed Planets" ledger. Press + and - to skip the credits and get to your ending screens to see your final time. Following this guide and perfecting everything within should easily net you around the 2 hour mark. This was written with 1:58 in mind, and can absolutely be accomplished even faster.
