From Dairon's elevator, head to the right into the vertical passage you would use to get the Grapple Beam and Spin Drop down to the Power Beam door on the left. Bypass the Save Station and go left into the next vertical room, using the Screw Attack to fall all the way to the bottom. Head into the E.M.M.I. Zone here at Speed Booster velocity to break the two barriers ahead of you, then backtrack to the little alcove below you to pick up the Missile Tank (203/275). Now go back up top and use the Speed Booster to get across the rest of this room, then slide into the passage at the bottom to slide down a diagonal slope and Space Jump out of the slide to reach the ledge that leads to the E.M.M.I. Zone exit, then jump up and grab the Missile Tank (205/275) out of the small alcove in the wall.
From here, go back into the E.M.M.I. Zone and take the rest of that diagonal path down, then zig-zag your way to the Thermal Door at the bottom left. Go down one level, then Space Jump up to the open passage at the top left. In here, run far enough left to charge up the Speed Booster, then run back to the right and store a Shinespark. Shoot part of the wall away, morph into the hole, and Ballspark horizontally to the left to fly out of this room, across the next gigantic room, and right into the middle of a set of Speed Booster Blocks in the adjacent room that will give you access to another Missile Tank (207/275). Roll back out of this tunnel and Space Jump to the top of the previous room to grab the Power Bomb Tank (09/15) from the little ledge that it sits on, and from here Space Jump to the top-left to go through the Wave Beam door. Go down one level in the next area, out of the E.M.M.I. Zone and you'll be back in the room with the Red Teleportal. Blast the red blob at the left corner here and jump up into this Morph Ball passage. Ignore the Teleportal and take the path straight up through the ceiling, through the large heated area all the way back up to right before where you got the Varia Suit. Here, ignore the Slidle swarms and use the Grapple Beam to destroy a block in the left-hand wall, then use Bombs to destroy the Blocks giving you another path heading left. There is a Flash Shift gate here, so Flash Shift over it and head to where the rock surface raises a bit. Start from here and run to the right while charging the Speed Booster and you'll have just enough room to store a Shinespark. Go back left, Flash Shift through the gate and head to the far left so you can Shinespark through the ceiling and grab the Energy Tank (10/12) in the little nook.
The final part of Artaria's cleanup involves eight total Missile Tanks as you make your way towards Cataris. Leave this area and head into the room with the Varia Suit, continuing along the bottom path to the right. Drop all the way to the bottom and take the Power Beam door at the bottom left, then go all the way back down to the Red Teleportal exactly as you would have done when you first got the Varia Suit. Once you're back here, drop into the pool of water and morph into the left-hand side of the Morph Ball tunnel right at the bottom. Set a Bomb to grab another Missile Tank (209/275), then go left and up through the path in the ceiling, setting a Bomb to destroy the Blocks initially blocking the way. Go up through the Thermal Door to the Morph Ball tunnel in the ceiling heading left, then break through the Super Missile door at the top right to get to a new room where you can Bomb part of the ceiling to get into a small nook with another Missile Tank (211/275). Leave this area the way you came back to the large room with the Teleportal and take the Power Beam door at the bottom left, through the Save Station and down the vertical passage. Stop halfway down to grab the Missile Tank (213/275) sitting on a ledge, then continue your way down to the door at the left that leads towards the Screw Attack. Go through the Power Beam door, then drop down immediately through the Pitfall Blocks in the next room and head right, through the next Power Beam door to reach the vertical passage that led to your first Red Chozo Soldier fight. Leave this room via the door at the right to reach the long diagonal rock path, then start running down the slope as you charge the Speed Booster. Fire a Missile at the Missile Block, then right before reaching the door, slide to blast through some Speed Booster Blocks, then set a Power Bomb at the end of the path to continue forward to grab the Missile Tank (215/275).
Head out of this tunnel and take the Power Beam door above you, then head up and right into the next room with the two pools of water at the ceiling and Space Jump to the left-hand one to grab another Missile Tank (217/275). Flash Shift back across the top of the room into the E.M.M.I. Zone door, then head right and go up to the top of the room. Go to the left into the next area, then continue left and wind your way up and to the right to reach a Morph Ball passage in the wall. Continue going up, blast the Wide Beam Box out of your way, and take the door at the upper right to get to another area with a Flipper panel. Space Jump down here to reach the ledge across from the Flipper, then use the Grapple Beam to pull it into its original position, which gives you access to another Missile Tank (219/275). Now take the door opposite your position, Flash Shift across the room and down one level to reach the next Power Beam door, then Space Jump all the way to the top of this room and go across to take the E.M.M.I. Zone door at the top left. Flash Shift across to the Power Beam door on the right-hand side to reach the hallway that led to Corpius, then go through the two Sensor Lock doors (right, up, then left) and climb the vertical passage to reach the third Sensor Lock door at the top right. Wind your way to the top to get to the Power Beam door going to the long tunnel overlooking the lava field and use the Speed Booster to get through it, then in the next room stop and store a Shinespark. Drop down to the door below you and horizontally Shinespark to the left to fly through the next room right to a ledge holding your next Missile Tank (221/275), then return to the room just previous to this. Take the top door at the right into another heated room and grab the last Missile Tank (223/275) for this area from a high ledge in the middle of the room. Now with 100% of Artaria's items in hand, continue to the right through the next Power Beam door to reach the elevator that will take you to Cataris.
