- Navigate your way normally to the broken E.M.M.I area defeat the E.M.M.I
- Continue the path and activate the first White E.M.M.I sequence
(you can either do the magus skip to counter the E.M.M.I for a quicker deactivation of the hunting mode or Proceed through the path normally)
- Climb up to the second Adam room and enter the E.M.M.I zone again

- Going to the waterfall area, you can perform the waterfall skip with home buffer or without it, or else you can go down and lowering the water level which wastes around 13 seconds. Then enter the E.M.M.I once again. Perform {water platform skip](en/tricks/unintended-height-gain)
- Continue the path and acquire charge beam. It is best that you clean the goomba on the ground to make the running better.
- Return to the starting point and kill the Mubzy with two charge shots or one charge shot with addition of four missiles.
- Navigate to the Jaffe room. clear a hole in the ceiling as soon as you enter the room. Continue til the first heat direction device. You should open the secret path at the right side to save time.
- On going to defeat Central Unit and White E.M.M.I..
- Acquiring Spider Magnet.
- Proceed forward and defeat Corpius to acquire phantom cloak.
- Platforming the elevator head to Cataris. In the room with a Muzby and Klaida, you can perform a damage boost to save time.
- Follow the path. Perform 5upboost.
- At the top, you can run hell run which saves about 1 second or enter the tunnel. You may pop the blob as well for cleanup in later.
- Continue the path, do the ADAM skip after activing the third thermal flow redirection device. Moving forward and enter Dairon.
- Enter the first room, Grab and jump up along the magnet wall. At the peak, jump toward the ledge and immideately cloak to reduce the horizontal momentum by coerced slide. Jump and aim at the magnet ceiling. As soon as Samus grab the ceiling, uncloak and spin jump to the left, just enough landing on the flat surface.
- Break the blocks as you go, spin fall down, slide and open the door. Continue and enter the room after save station.
- Slide the first platform, pivot-respin the second platform. Land and melee off the ledge. Spin fall and across the platform under, flick the direction stick to left and release to neutral to avoid grabbing the magnet wall.
- There are two strats you can do before entering the next room.
Killing Autsharp (Slightly faster)Jump over (Safer)An Autsharp (the saw obstacle) requires damage from a charged shot and one missile just enough to destroy it.
- You need to start charging after the melee. Run and kill the first Autsharp on the way.
- Pivot-respin, shoot two missiles to kill the Sharpaw (the green bat) above the pit blocks.
- As soon as firing the second missile, charge your beam. drop down, go left and kill the second Autsharp on the way.
- Enter the next room.
- Instead killing the Autsharps, do a small hop.
- At the first Autsharp, you can do the hop marginally bigger to spinfall straight down.
- Jump up, slide down to the floor. Moving forward and do a full jump, quick mantle the ledge. slide the ledge and slide again before entering the room with an unpowered recharge station. Do a middle jump and quick mantle. slide, spinfall.
- If you aren't in the prime state of your energy and missiles, you might want to missile out the Autector (the landmine) to eradicated your worries.
- slide, quick mantle as you climb up and ignore the first Sharpaw. At the top, shoot two missiles to kill the Sharpaw. Pivot-respin down, break the blocks, slide and release the direction to avoid grabbing the ledge when sliding out.
- Reactivate the generator and return to the missile covered door with quick mantles. With the respawned Sharpaw, intentionally take damage and move across using the i-frames. In dread mode, you could melee the Sharpaw's position upward. sliding under it while it's briefly stunned.
- Enter the room, coyote-jump and shoot the item ball. Acquire Wide Beam.
- Move forward to the red teleporter. Pick the missile tank+ and teleport back to Artaria.
(you can charge a beam shot and kill the Caterzilla on the right to get through damageless) (video example)
- Go left and enter the tunnel with energy part. Continue the path and grab the varia suit.
- Return back to the red teleporter and back to Cataris. Once you're free from the animation, go left, dropping down from the pit block tunnel. Enter the heat room under. Shot the breakable wall with the bottom block left so that you can stand on it and melee off to spin fall and follow with a slide into the tunnel.
- Continue your way to defeat Kraid and obtain diffusion beam.
- Exit Cataris and enter Dairon via the purple teleporter. Enter the heat area and go right rather going to the left for bomb. After entering the big room. Do a slide jump off the ledge and wall jump off the left wall to grab the ledge above. Reach to the other side and sldie jump again to grab on the ledge.
- Continue the way and return to Artaria. Move forward and grab the grapple beam.
- Return to Dairon. Grab the power bomb tank near the elevator. Head back with using the morph tunnel at the most top. grabbing the missile tank as well.
- In the energy part room, fire a charge shot to the door as you morph into the lava pit and grab the energy part.
(you can grab the energy part later in the clean up)
- Climb up in the E.M.M.I. zone adn go left. Openning the grapple block, Continue the way and reactivate the generator. Acquire bomb.
- Keep moving forward and enter Burenia.
- Drop into the water and open the grapple block. In the next room, walk a bit then slide and cloak to avoid hit by the shelled Shelmit (the laser beam creature).
- Moving forward adn acquire flash shift.

- Return to the top, grab the energy tank and shift through the pressure door above.
(you can leave the tank laster in the clean up section)
- Continue the path, release the water and return to Dairon. You can also do a damage boost by the Batalloon (fish) at the top but requires a good movement in order to actually saves time.

- Proceed normally and obtain the speed booster.
- Charge a speedboost and break it after destroying the two speed block walls. Grab the hidden energy part. Start charging another speedboost when landing. Finishing the speedboost puzzle containing a missile tank+. You can also store a spark when grabbing the energy part and make a extremely tight midair spark to the slpoe in front of the E.M.M.I. door.
- Store the speedboost after grabbng the missile tank+. There is enough time to spark at the slope. At the end of the corridor, ballspark up and drop down to grab the energy tank.
- Jump up and charge a shinespark. Then, ballsaprk right and press jump just as you hit the wall to gain a height gain that enough to grab on to the ledge. Enter the next room, Charge another shinespark and midair spark to grab the missile tank on the right.
- Return to the E.M.M.I. zone. Enter the small E.M.M.I. vlave in sight, jump up right. Make a speedkeep to the room with yellow teleporter, spark up and grab the missile tank. Go back and ride the elevator to Ferenia.
- Make your way to grab the energy part first, enter quiet robe sequence and defeat chozo robot.
- As you leave Ferenia, grab the missile tank+ as well.
- Navigate your way to enter Burenia. In the meantime, grab the missile tank in the E.M.M.I. zone. You can also make a speedkeep first for some time save.

- Charge a speedboost towards the fan and grab the energy part. charge a beam shot, jump and slide morph to open the door and remain the boost. In the next room, unmorph, wall jump landing on the platform. Jump again and quickly unmorph. Rolling through the tunnel, and speedkeep to the top left.
- Charge another speedboost at the map room and crash into the two Slaaga. Collect the missile tank+ behind the pressure door.
- Continue right, drop down and open the grapple block. Enter to get the hidden missile tank. Return to the prevoius room, climb up to the level just under the energy refill station. Charge a speedboost and slide into the tunnel.
- At the end of the tunnel, jump and store the spark (you can store in front of the slaaga to get damage to neglect the animation)

- Defeat Drogyga. Continue and flash to the end of the one tile pit block floor. Enter the tunnel. Place a bomb that just barely out of the water. Then, unmorph and jump higher than the bomb level follow with morphing to get boosted out of the water to grab the missile tank.
- Make your way to the elevator to Ghavoran at top with grapple beam.
- Open the grapple door and store a shinespark. Fire a missile to open the hidden missile tank as you drop into the water. Shinespark to grab the tank. Leave the water with grapple beam.
- Continue the path and fight chozo robot.
- Proceed normally, acquire super missile and enter Elun.
- Also proceed normally, charge a shienspark from the fan and spark through the speedboost blocks under. Continue the path and grab plasma beam. You should also only break the blocks nearest the power up for a later speedkeep section.
- Charge a speedboost and speed keep to instantkill the Glabbler. Defeat Chozo Warrior. Grab the energy tank and return to Ghavoran.
- Flash shift twice, open the grapple door and start a speedboost. Speed keep into the E.M.M.I. zone to the water pit. Attach grapple to the magnet ceiling. Pull up and flash shift to the right.
- Perform Glitchless Early Ice. Open the Charge beam door. Defeat Central Unit and Blue E.M.M.I..
- Grab the power bomb tank at the top. There are different strats can be made here.

- Acquire pluse radar. Go down, store a shinespark and spark in the water to reach to the green teleporter. If you can, grab the missile tank at the end. You can grab the missile tank later in the clean up which will no cost too much time.
- Enter Burenia.
- Bomb and ice missile through the blocks and enkys. Grab the energy part and start a speedboost. Store the spark and break the speed block floor as well in best circumstance. Run through the puzzle, grab the missile tank+ and enter the tunnel.
- Leave the tunnel and morph jump up, grabbing the ledge. Continue the path to drop the bucket. Enter the gravity suit room and use diffusion to pop the blob with the Dizzeans. Acquire gravity suit.
- Store a shinespark when leaving and spark straight up in the center of the big room. Return to Artaria and activate frozen sequence.
- Continue normally (you can skip the missile tank for later pickup). Once you reach to the corridor connect to the entrance of red chozo warrior battle. Store a shinespark, quickly drop down, spark or instantspark if you have the time to the chozo warrior. Entering phase 2 and continue finishing the fight.
- Moving forward to the broken E.M.M.I. zone and grab the missile tank in the ceiling. You can do speedkeeps to help your movement.
- Grab the missile tank on top of the Nailugger. Continue the path and enter Cataris.
- Grab the missile tank in the path and defeat Experiment Z-57.
- Go right and climb up. Charge a shinespark at Adam room and spark at the slope, speedkeep to the deep blue teleporter. Charge another shinespark at the floor. Ride the deep blue teleporter.
- Return to Artaria and make your way to grab the screw attack.
- Instead riding the elevator to Burenia, go around back to the platform under the teleporter. Shinespark up the waterfall slopes and speedkeep up. When you reach to the top, store the spark and ball spark right in the long tunnel.
(you can still get the water fall missile tank while keeping the boost if you released water)
- Climb up and open the super covered charge beam door. Grab the missile tank.
- Return back, bomb the floor and go into the water to grab the missile tank. Then, Navigate back to the heat area above. Start charging a speedboost when you mantle the ledge with plys. Store the speedboost after passing the Rodomithon-X. Bring the spark and spark to the slope, speedkeep to the grapple block at the north-west.

- Start a speedboost run across the varia suit room. grab the missile tank+ which is the last item you need to collect in this section.
- Return to red teleportal, bomb out the passageway, open the blob,speedboost to grab the missile tank. jump up and open the grapple block. Grab the missile tank in the ceiling. Ride the orange teleporter.
- Roll down to the energy refill station and charge a shinespark. jump to the bomb block next to the pit blocks. place a bomb and ball spark into the slope. When you see the morph ball is half way out of the tunnel, Unmorph and jump to speedkeep up to instantkill the Gobbler.
- Drop down through the tunnel and defeat Golzuna.
- Grab the missile tank while clearing the cross bomb tutorial, open the two beam doors. Ride the transport to Hanubia.
- Continue your way back to Ferenia.
- Exit the area from the freezer. You can go to the sequence break part from either at the top or through the Adam room.

- Store a shinespark, position youself at the ledge, slide jump, midair morph and place a cross bomb. Wait a bit and spark up.
- Continue the tunnel and obtain space jump.
- Go into the water and fire a charge shot to open the blob. Go ip, finish a speedboost puzzle to grab the missile tank+.
- Return to the water and grab the three items in the west.
- Navigate to the E.M.M.I. zone. Speedkeep through the zone. Continue the path till the Escue tower. Grab the missile tank at the top first and defeat Escue.
- Leave the area and grab the energy part blocked by the mario block.
- Enter the E.M.M.I. zone from top. Go to the energy refill station and open the storm missile gate. Screw attack open the hidden area, place cross bomb to break the blocking bomb blocks, grapple the grapple block, enter the tunnel on the otehr side and bomb the path to get the energy part.
- Spin down and start charging speedboost as you enter the twin chozo bot battle. Jump to the second top platform and store the spark. Midair instant spark the gold bot, position yourself with flash shift to stand on the same level with the bots and spam plasma beam.
- Finish the fight. Go into the freezer and cross bomb the path. Charge a shinespark and break the first speed blocks before storing it. Spark through the tunnel and missile out the missile tank.
- Return to the last room and cross bomb the tunnel. When you break through the screw attack blocks, hold aim to netrualize samus posture and aim at the storm lights.
- Keep moving forward and defeat Central Unit, purple E.M.M.I.. Acquiring wave beam.
- Leave the area from the E.M.M.I. tunnel. You can also speedkeep from the pressure door which saves about 0.08 seconds

- Continue the path to return Hanubia. Engage the Red Chozo Warrior fight and Acquire the power bomb.
- Leave the area and charge a shinespark to obtain the power bomb tank. Charge a power bomb to remove the enemies below as you go downward. You can charge another power bomb to bomb the enemies in the next room. Return to Ferenia and start the clean up process.
- leave the freezer from the left, charge a power bomb to grab the hidden power bomb tank. Navigate your path to another power tank below.
(comparisons)
- Power bomb out your way to the light blue teleporter, grab the last item in ferenia and enter Burenia.
- Go right, Screw attack the needle monster, shot beams to break the blocks and grab the missile tank. You can put bombs to break the bomb blocks under the tunnel for faster movement.
- Continue your way down to the underwater section. Grab the intereactive magnet wall and shot the plasma cover. Grab the missile tank+. land on the floor and charge a shinespark to grab the missile tank above.
- Go through the uncovered door, grab the missile tank inside the tunnel. Once you reach the bottom of the room, charge a shinespark and free fall down to the tunnel next to the screw attack blocks. Ball spark right. Jump up with sticking to the left to avoid the Depthorn (creature that shots lighhting balls) transforming into Sakai to make the return bit painful. Open the storm missile gate and grab the energy tank.
- Return through the tunnel and drop down to the sea floor. Charge a shinespark and a powerbomb for the puzzle under the gravity suit room. Enough time of grabing the power bomb tank in one go.
- Grab the missile tank on the left. Moving down, open the blob with wave beam and grab the missile tank inside. Meanwhile, Charge a power bomb to bomb the bomb blocks. Go into the freezer and grab the missile tank above.
- Landing on the bottom floor and start charging a speedboost. When near the exit of freezer, morph and jump to land on the platform with energy part without lossing the speedboost. Grab the missile tank+ and charge a speedboost on the slope. Slide under the tunnel below the small, S-shape cold room. Start charging a power bomb and followed with a bomb to break the bomb block ahead or else the power bomb cannot break the power bomb block in the next room. Grab the missile tank.
- Make your way to the missile tank above and enter the E.M.M.I zone with a speedkeep

- Grabbing the power bomb tank in the ceiling, enter the corridor on the right and charge a speedboost to speedkeep to the missile tank near the E.M.M.I. door connecting with the grapple area.

- After grabbing the missile tank, charge a speedboost going to the right, slide down along the slope and jump to leave the E.M.M.I. area. As you leave the area, charge the spark and grab the missile tank aloft. Remain the morph ball state and charge a power bomb as you want to progress through the east. Place the power bomb and morph spark right.
- Go right and navigate your way to the missile tank next to the shatterbots.
(you can break the blob above if you didn't break it at the beginning of the run)
- Make your way to the hidden area below the heat direction device whereas next to the the E.M.M.I. door and grab the missile tank.
- Proceed to the room with the used moveable magnet wall, charge a speedboost and speedkeep to the energy part. Then store the spark and morph ball shinespark out as you leave.
- Enter the right room and jump up to the hidden area with grapple door. charge a powerbomb before entering. destroy the missile blocks, grab the magnet platform down and take the power bomb tank.
- Navigate your way to the heat room on the right. Space jump up and bomb your way to grab the missile tank in the middle. Jump up again and go left. Enter the room with two ob-monsters. Grab the missile tank.
- Go to the biggest heat room and charge a speedboost, morph jump to the hole to grab the missile tank.
- Return to the room with storm missile gate. Charge a power bomb to clean out obstacles, open the gate, space jump up, place a cross bomb inside the tunnel. Quickly move out and fire grapple to break the grapple block ahead and forge to grab the power bomb tank.
- When leaving, place a power bomb to remove the suckers and place another near the exit as well to remove the flying otco and bomb blocks outside. Charge a shinespark and do two space jumps to avoid triggering the shinespark shot sequence. Spark up andcharge another speedboost and speedkeep up to the platform with landmine. Jump to the platform and instantly charge a power bomb. Grab the energy part on the right and the power bomb tank on the left.
- Leaving the E.M.M.I by the left side, grab the the missile tank below and reach to the freezer room.

- Take the elevator return to Ghavoran.
- Proceed left, grab the missile tank behind the grapple block and the missile tank+ in the tunnel
- Go through the gold chozo robot room and break the floor to get the missile tank with pit blocks. Charge a power bomb as you return. When leaving the first slidle tunnel, charge a shinespark, bring the spark to the slope above. Midair instant spark to the slope and speedkeep to the area under the map room, grab the missiel tank.
- Navigate your path to Elun. Charge a shinespark and grabbing the missile tank hidden in the wall.
- Enter Elun.
- Make a speedkeep till before the chozo warrior room, jump morph entering the tunnel and navigate while charge a power bomb to break the bomb blocks above and another one before the transition of the next room. Enter the next room. Once again, navigate and charging two power bombs. One to break the bomb blocks on the right and one before the transition.
- Enter the next room. Make your way to the tunnel on the right side and reach the power bomb in the previous room. Before grabbing the missile tank, place a cross bomb before a few tile of blocks to help boosting as you return to the room.
- Charge a power bomb and quickly reach to the bottom floor and grab the powerbomb tank. Noted that you are grabbing the tank in morph ball, charge a power bomb after you morph for breaking the bomb blocks behind the grapple block.
- Return to the transport going back to Ghavoran.
- Speedkeep like acquiring ice missile, expect you want to go right instead passing through the Adam room. Freeze the mushroom near the grapple block. Break the blocks and grab the energy tank part.
- Keep moving forward to the storm missile puzzle. Charge a power bomb after lighten up the lights. Grab the missile tank
(Get the missile tank on top of the green teleporter if you didn't get the missile tank in the first arrival)
- break through the screw attack blocks. As soon as opening the grapple door, charge a shinespark and spark up in the center of the tower, grab the energy tank part.
- charge a speedboost at the ledge in front of golzuna door. Bring the speed to the transport to Hanubia.
- Charge a speedboost, open the door, morph and chharging a powerbomb instantly after the charging up. Do a full ball jump to linger Samus to the wall for a moment to place the power bomb before the screen transition.
- Spark up and move into the next room to collect the last item. Defeat Elite Chozo Warrior and enter Itorash.
- Defeat Raven Beak and his X-form to entering escape sequence.
- Continue the path normally or you can do a super speedboost at the start which saves a few seconds.
- Continue the path till before the slope with pit blocks. You can charge a shinespark, spark to the slope and make a speedkeep to the tower room.
- Either ballspark or midair instant spark with spacejumps to avoid activating the shinespark shot. Charge a speedboost after melting the hyper beam door and bring the boost to the upper floor. Store the spark, space jump up to the most top ceiling and spark left.
- Finsihing the run.

: It's best that you make a run and compare to other runners to see any optimization you can make for lowering your time.
